Presses up to 630 t
Sixteen mechanical presses from 100 to 500 t, three transfer presses from 300 to 500 t and a 630 t servo press, plus two Cr6+-free zinc lines and a powder coating line.
Short lead times
Stamping, finishing and assembly in one plant, so there is no waiting for subcontractors. We keep a wide range on stock and answer quotation requests within 24 hours.
Everything under one roof
Pressing, welding, plating, coating and assembly in one plant means less transport between suppliers and one quality system to audit (ISO 9001).
Send us a drawing or a sample. Our engineers check it for manufacturability, use 3D scanning and FEM analysis where needed, and take the project to series production with FMEA and PPAP.
We run two Cr6+-free zinc electroplating lines and a powder coating line in Postojna. They finish our own castor housings and rims, and steel parts that customers send us for plating or coating.

Castors for 4-wheel waste containers from 400 to 1100 L, for plastic and galvanised steel bins, and click-fit wheels for 2-wheel bins. ESE, SULO, Weber, Europlast and Green City fit our castors on their containers. Versions with total brake, central brake and the 3 STOP brake.
Swivel and fixed castors for trolleys, roll containers, furniture, institutional and heavy-duty use, with rubber, polyurethane, nylon or polypropylene wheels, and heat-resistant and stainless-steel versions.
Steel wheelbarrows for building sites and farms, in small and large series. Private label with the tub colour and wheel you choose.
Pressed steel rims and complete wheels with pneumatic or solid rubber tyres for hay tedders, ploughs, rakes, trailers and airport ground equipment.
Stamped, deep-drawn and welded steel parts made to your drawing, zinc plated or powder coated, in series.

Automation
Robots and automatic lines handle stamping and forming, deep drawing and trimming, electroplating, injection moulding and welding. Six automatic assembly lines put castors together.
Research and development
Our engineers use 3D scanning and FEM analysis to develop and test new castors, and follow FMEA and PPAP when a part goes into series production.
Environment
We hold an IPPC permit for industrial pollution control, run Cr6+-free zinc plating and, since 2023, generate power with a 1.41 MWp solar plant on our roof (two plants of 704.8 kWp). Our environmental management is certified to ISO 14001.
