Payment methods

1. Payment deadline:

1. 1 The payment deadline is the deadline or day on which the full amount of the invoice must be credited to the giro account of Liv Systems, Ltd.

1. 2 In case of late payment, we are charged legal default interest.

1. 3 We reserve the right to change the payment period for the currently ordered goods or even to cancel the order if the buyer significantly breaches or late payment within the payment period.

1. 4 The cost of recovering the payment or the cost of any attachment shall be borne by the subscriber.
